I’ve just competed in my last round with the team at EMA Motorsport, for now. Driving in the Porsche Carrera Cup series for the first time in my career has been really enjoyable. After the first couple rounds we were starting to learn and progress, coming away from Townsville with quite strong race pace. Last weekend, qualifying was tough, we need to understand how to unlock one lap speed on new tyres, but again had strong race pace, making some good passes in race 2. I was really excited about the final race and confident we could move forward again. Unfortunately it wasn’t to be and I was caught up in an incident on lap 1 which put us out of the race. I’m hoping I can find the support to be back for Sandown. I’ve really enjoyed the championship and the car, it’s exciting. I am grateful for what the team have done.
